An L.T.H Update

disclaimer: you may at one point have to kiss and or hug your screen while viewing this site. Higgtastic is not liable for any damages done to your screen.

Some of you may have found yourself wondering what's happening in the little world of Liam Higginbotham. Here's a quick update:

Liam is getting close to moving on the floor, which is just a step under wanting to think about hoping to crawl. He has also figured out about waving, although most of the time he waves at objects that don't wave back.

As Liam gets older he enjoys food more and more. He makes sure he reaches the max volume of food that can enter his mouth at one time by lowering his jaw to his chest and tilting back his neck.

Liam loves his buddy Elliot. I am really not sure exactly how they got into this pose, but it was a definate photo op.

This is the last "make you go 'ahh' post" for at least a week. It is just so hard when you have a little human in your house that is constantly doing things that leave you saying, "I don't think he could be any cuter at this very moment."

You Say It's Your Birthday

January 6th is my sweetie's day where he get's pampered, loved, and spoiled in every way I can think. This year Tanner enjoyed a nice morning breakfast on the couch while watching Saturday morning cartoons. After that I tucked him in and gave him full permission to laze around and play video games all day.
The day finished with this flaming two layered cake. I finally found a use for the cake dish we received from our wedding almost four years ago!

Tanner tried to extend the fun of his birthday to the next day, but as soon as midnight hit it was back to normal and any chance of me spoiling him was out of the question. Maybe that's why Tanner looks forward to his birthday so much.

The Anderson Family Macdorkel Nerdfest

After sitting in the living room for awhile I began to smell some major nerdage. I would like to thank my family for letting me pull them away from their Warcraft and solitaire games for this quick shot.

Desert Wonderland

Back home is freezing, so Tanner and I decided to head down south to thaw out for a week. Ahhhh... no snow. It feels like Christmas.

This picture is for all our peeps back home. Flowers during Christmas... it's happening!!

The nice weather allows Tanner to brush up on his tennis skills. Liam loves to watch his dad.

The form and intensity of this shot leaves me breathless. This hairy face just asks to be kissed.

Ode to My Boys

This year Tanner surpised me with tickets to see both the Tabernacle Choir's Christmas Concert, and the First Presidency's Devotional at Temple Square. We attended the devotional last week where the high seats (and excitement to be there) caused me to be little sick... nonetheless we were still able to have a great time. We had fun listening to a bell chorus and showing Liam all the lights.

Ever since I've known my sweety, he has come up with thoughtful ideas and surprises to make me smile. I am grateful to have such a wonderful family. I love my boys so much.
