I spent Christmas in Nevada serenading Carrie with the guitar in 70 degree sunlight. When the sun went down, it left us snuggling under brilliantly colorful skies.

Back to Idaho. Although not a big volume of snow falls at once, it does snow often here. This is an example of the unplowed streets. The city does own plows, for I've seen them travelling down certain roads with plows in up-mode. Instead, they spit out many pounds of gravel onto the fresh snow. That's right, gravel, not salt. Dirty gravel. The snow gets packed down to ice because it is never removed.
There are pretty seasons here, however (and a pretty girl).
