We've been able to head home where the sun and sand is no stranger- I figured it was time to get some kind of use out of my flip flops!
Even though this new park we visited is completely all sand, there is still an area set aside for the kids to play in the "sand pit." Nice.
After the first initial shock from the sun, Julian was thrilled to try out his first swim of the season. Thank you, dear sun for coming back and gracing us with your 85 degrees!
I think Liam really felt like he was back in his element; no socks, messy hair and outside with friends and Cheeto dust on his shirt. He's going to really miss his cousins.
I think we are starting to miss home, but I am not going back until it is at least 65 degrees!

It was so fun to have all of you here last week! It's going to be 85 degrees here on Sunday...does that mean you'll be back here to see us again this weekend? :)

Have fun as your family vacation time continues. We wish we could be down there to play. That looks like one of those new parks with "new-age" looking toys on it. We'll have to check it out next time were down there.
