Tanner and I decided to bite the bullet and camp a couple days for the kids. So much work and preparation to camp- we only hope the kids will have good memories from it.
After we mapped out a place we were happy to find a tent spot that overlooked Jackson Lake and the mighty Tetons.
Camping with a 1 yr old was a new experience for our family. River likes to put rocks in her mouth, so one of us was on constant rock watch.
Tip: bring a blow up mattress and put it in your SUV for you and the baby to sleep in. No one will hear you, the bears won't eat you, and your neighbors will think your baby is the most adorable baby ever the following morning.

It's so nice to be able to see what you guys have been up to. It is much harder to keep up with blogs now that google reader is gone! Have you found something else to use?
Camping always creates great memories! Usually it makes up for all the work it takes :)
